Job Description

We are looking for a Chinese-English Translator to join us in our Shanghai office. The role will be translation assignments on project basis throughout the week.

The main responsibility of this position will be to translate and summarize information for our clients across China.

Meltwater's client base is diverse and spans multiple industries and ranging from local state owned companies to large multinational firms.

Skills & Requirements

At least 2 years related experience as Chinese & English Translator a must

University degree, master preferred. Major in translation is preferred

Strong communication skills in both Chinese and English, spoken and written

Proven ability to deliver with minimum supervision when time is limited

Able to prioritize work with ongoing requests

Management potential, ability to work with and lead teams

Previous Translation or International experience a plus
