We are partners of the national and in­ter­na­tio­nal automotive industry and energy sector. We offer broad experience and know-how as well as modern equipment to manage all development tasks – starting with concept studies right through to series release.

For immediate placement the Department Administration is looking for an

Administrative Assistant (m/f)

Job requirements:

English major or corporate management related master degree

outstanding and fluent use of English, Chinese and German

very strong organisation and communication skills

willingness for overtime work and business trips

very high work passion, high efficiency and quality of work

German driving license and experienced with German environment

Main responsibilities:

daily interpretations in English, German and Chinese

daily administration management (e. g. guest and meeting arrangement, recording of meeting minutes and summary management)

administrative communication with China regarding reports, visa, business trips etc.

preparing and releasing a regular company newsletter (internally and externally to shareholder)

support to prepare, verify and update related administrative policies

company car management

temporary tasks on request of the administrative director
