Job Title: Conversion Manager, ONCAMPUS UK/EU 

 

Department: Conversion 

 

Responsible for: ONCAMPUS UK/EU Recruitment from the whole China

 

Location: Beijing 

 

Role purpose

 

The Conversion Manager, ONCAMPUS UK/EU is an important role in the ONCAMPUS business with core responsibility for:

 

Delivery of regional annual ONCAMPUS UK/EU sales targets for the markets of North China 

 

Contributing significantly to the development and implementation of the annual ONCAMPUS UK/EU Sales and Marketing plan in North China

 

Working with ONCAMPUS UK/EU centres to assist students/agents with accommodation, pre-arrival and other after sales services

 

Core Duties

 

Conversion Management Duties

 

Developing new channels for getting more direct students by organising online and offline activities 

 

Managing the pipeline reports for the whole country, make sure the reports are up-to-date and with effective notes

 

Converting students by highlighting the programme’s strength  

 

Helping the registered students on pre-arrival arrangements 

 

Commission management – chasing unpaid commission as well as dealing with bonus payment

 

Providing trainings to the agents’ admission team, most time offline in Beijing and online outside of Beijing

 

Support agents’ promotional activities including fairs, exhibitions and interview in peak times

 

Support FAM trips to ONCAMPUS UK/EU centres.

 

Dealing with complaints and internal transfer/progression cases

 

Marketing Management Duties

 

Take a leading role in promoting OC UK/EU programmes on Wechat/Weibo/Video showroom.

 

Take an important role to roll out the incentives and cross-check how it is received in the market with Country Manager 

 

Monitor and report back on market and competitor developments and trends to inform Regional Manager of the ONCAMPUS UK/EU business.

 

Key Performance Indicators

 

Achievement of the China sales target for recruitment of ONCAMPUS UK/EU students. 

 

Target is set against Conversion rate as well as the actual number of the enrolled student.

 

Conversion rates for ONCAMPUS UK/EU across Centre.

 

Job Title: Business Development Officer, ONCAMPUS UK/EU (North China)

 

Department: Sales and Marketing 

 

Responsible for: ONCAMPUS UK/EU Recruitment from North China

 

Location: Beijing 

 

Role purpose

 

The Business Development Officer , ONCAMPUS UK/EU is an important  role in the ONCAMPUS business with core responsibility for:

 

Delivery of regional annual ONCAMPUS UK/EU sales targets for the markets of North China 

 

Contributing significantly to the development and implementation of the annual ONCAMPUS UK/EU Sales and Marketing plan in North China

 

Working with ONCAMPUS UK/EU centres to assist students/agents with accommodation, pre-arrival and other after sales services

 

Core Duties

 

Sales Management Duties

 

Achieve the regional ONCAMPUS UK/EU student recruitment target.

 

Drive aggressive regional sales growth in line with the requirements of the ONCAMPUS UK/EU business plan.

 

Work with the CATS Team and USA Team to ensure effective cross-selling and successful and profitable management of the Cambridge Education Group (CEG) network of agents against targeted recruitment objectives.

 

Assist the North China ONCAMPUS UK/EU Regional Manager to manage key account relationships with a network of recruitment agents.

 

Provide training to agencies through regular visits and training sessions.

 

Support agents’ promotional activities including fairs, exhibitions and interview days.

 

Support agent, student and Embassy/Sponsor visits to ONCAMPUS UK/EU centres.

 

Collaborate with the wider Sales and Admissions teams to follow up enquiries and applications to convert and recruit new students.

 

Build strong, positive and mutually beneficial relationships with ONCAMPUS UK/EU partner university staff in the North China region.

 

Deliver regular reports on sales and marketing activity and forecasts to the Regional manager.

 

Contribute to the evaluation and development of potential new partners and products.

 

Marketing Management Duties

 

Take  a lead role in development of sales channel development (e.g. direct recruitment, school partnerships) within the North China.

 

Lead on regional marketing initiatives and contributing to business development.

 

Monitor and report back on market and competitor developments and trends to inform Regional Manager and marketing strategy and the development of the ONCAMPUS UK/EU business.

 

Key Performance Indicators

 

Achievement of the regional sales target for recruitment of ONCAMPUS UK/EU students, College students and English-language students.

 

ONCAMPUS UK/EU yield (student volume) per agent per year against defined regional targets.

 

Conversion rates for ONCAMPUS UK/EU across Centre.
